1. Introduction

Welcome to AkkaPrints, a premier web-to-print e-commerce platform owned and operated by Toshiv Creations ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of our website and services in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Govt. of India). By accessing or securely using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Privacy Policy & Data Security

At Toshiv Creations (AkkaPrints), we prioritize the security and privacy of your personal and corporate proprietary data.

• Data Collected: We securely collect your Name, Email, Phone Number, Shipping Address, and uploaded graphic assets (designs, logos, photos) exclusively necessary to fulfill your customized print requirements.
• Data Usage: Your uploaded designs and proprietary assets are strictly utilized for manufacturing your orders. They are never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties or used for external promotional activities without explicit consent.
• Payment Security: All financial transactions are processed through encrypted, RBI-compliant payment gateway channels. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers at any point.
• User Rights: You retain the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated asset files at any time by contacting our designated grievance officer.

3. Order, Shipping & Delivery

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, orders require a designated production lead time before dispatch.

• Manufacturing Time: Standard personalized orders are processed, quality-checked, and printed within 2-4 business days.
• Shipping Partners: We partner exclusively with trusted, top-tier logistics providers to deliver PAN India. Tracking identifiers are provided immediately upon dispatch.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In direct compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

• Customised Goods: As AkkaPrints deals in personalized products manufactured uniquely for the consumer based on provided templates/designs, we cannot accept standard remorse returns or cancellations once the order workflow enters the "In Production" stage.
• Defective / Misprinted Items: Our priority is quality. If the received physical item has a manufacturing defect, print discrepancy, or is damaged in transit, please notify our support desk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free expedited replacement or issue a full refund to the original payment source.
